TRAVEL LIFT - BOATLIFTER CONTRACT

This form must be read, signed and returned to the travel lift office prior to your vessel being hauled.  Please ensure that it is received in the travel lift office early to avoid any delays in your scheduled time.

Power Connection Guidelines

Please read these guidelines prior to connecting your vessel to any power outlet in the Marina.  If you have any queries or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact one of our dockmasters.


Berth Rental Rates

These are the current rental rates effective from 1 October 2008.  If you would like to book a marina berth, please email us or call on 64 0 9 424 6200.


Berth Management Agreement

Gulf Harbour Investments can rent and manage your berth on your behalf.  The cost to do this is 10% GST of the rental collected.  If you are a berth holder and wish us to rent your berth for you, please complete the Berth Management Agreement form and return to the Adminsitration Office.


Berth Rental Agreement (Managed)

If you want to rent a berth from Gulf Harbour Marina, you will need complete a Berth Rental Agreement and Direct Debit Authority and return to the Administration Office. Please ensure you read and fully understand all terms and conditions stated in the Agreement.


Berth Rental Agreement (Private)

We recommend the use of this rental agreement if you are a berth owner and have privately arranged for a renter on your berth.  It will ensure that your renter is aware and obligated to comply with the marina rules and regulations.  Please note that the Marina office must approve all rental arrangements prior to the start of the rental term.  The rental term can not exceed 12 months at a time.


Rental Cessation

If you have a rental arrangment with Gulf Harbour, you are required to give one months notice of terminating this arrangement (whether you are the owner or the renter).  Please complete and return this form to Administration Office.


Vessel Details Update

We must be advised of any new vessel being moored in the marina.  Please use this form to udpate us if you have changed the boat on your berth.


Berth Listing Authority

Gulf Harbour Marina can assist you with selling your berth.  If you would like us to sell your berth for you, please complete the attached form and return to the Administration Office.


Berth Transfer Request

This form must be completed if you have sold your berth licence to another party.  It must be signed by ALL of the licence holders who have signed the original licence.  Please complete and return to the Administration Office, along with the appropriate transfer fee (see schedule below).


Berth Transfer Fee Schedule

A transfer fee is payable to the Management Company when a berth licence is on sold.  This schedule details the fee that is payable on each size berth.


Current Year's Annual Charges

This schedule details the annual charges payable quarterly in advance for berth licence holders.  The current charges are applicable from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011.


Direct Debit Form or Credit Card (GHM)

If you wish to pay your berth rental or annual charges via direct debit, or credit card please complete this form and return to our adminstration office.


Direct Debit Form (GHI)

If you wish to pay your trailer park or etchell rent by direct debit, please complete this form and return to our Administration Office.


Credit Card Authority

If you would like to pay your monthly or quarterly charges by credit card automatically as they are due, please complete this form and return to the Administration Office.
